Both hands smoothed through her long black hair. “Right, of course.” she sighed a bit, everyone was at the damn community center. “Whatcha there for anyhow.” she eyed him a little, turning around on the stool. “No thanks mate.” she wasn’t so fond of the food around here.
“More for me” I said with ease and then look at her again for a few seconds before answering. “Guess” I dared her; I just wanted to know what she would do or say. Maybe she will get it wrong or maybe she will get it right.
“Eh.” she muttered, taking a sip of her finally correct drink. “Guess? Some game ah.” she sighed, looking over him. “Probably somethin pansy like drunken drivin aye?” she chuckled a little, so many people and their drunk driving, that and drugs… Then again, her crime was pretty stupid too.
“Drugs in the service ” I simply said and then I started to eat the fries as soon as I got them. “what about you?” I asked while still having food in my moth. I didn’t care about it, I’m sure she didn’t it.
“Drugs aye?” Katya did her best to not get muddled up in drugs, her life was crazy enough, she didn’t need that business too. “Talked back a bit to the wrong officer.” she shrugged a bit, finishing off her drink and setting the cup down; that, and she punched him in the face… That was probably more the reason she was here than the talkin’ back. “He wasn’t exactly bein’ much officer like though.” sure, it was all justified and all, but believe the girl or the cop. Usually, not the girl. “Punched em in the mouth.”
What’s it to ya, mate.
Right, nothin.
Just sayin’ is all.
You’re so fuckin confusing Rudy, anyone ever told ya that.

Sometimes you’re so nice, then you’re… not.
What’s it to ya, mate.

“Well if I knew the answer mate I wouldn’t ask ya.” she rubbed her face a little and sighed, tilting her head and looking back to her drink, taking a sip. “Just seen ya face is all.” she wrinkled her nose, eying the bartender. “This ain’t what I was drinkin.” she pushed it back, she hated when they gave her the wrong drinks…
“Community center” I replied to her and looked at her for a few seconds. She seem at least a bit tipsy. She seem a bit angry just as Quintin as well, but who knows maybe this one was different. The waiter then came to me and I ordered some curly friends. “Do you want curly fries?”

I was walking out of the community center, having both of my hands on my pockets due to the cold win. The temperature was a little low and it was a bit cold. I quickly decided to go inside some pub that was close by so I could heat myself at least for a few minutes. The pub was a bit empty, but there were some people eating, which made want to sit and see if I could order some good things to heat my stomach.
Katy sighed lightly, keeping her hands folded across her chest while she sat at the end of the bar, leaning backward a little, looking around. It was quiet for once, not full of loud drunks, she was used to the place being overrun with idiots at this time of night, but luckily it was proving to be an uneventful day. “Nother.” she noted, pushing her glass toward the bar tender, watching as a familiar face pushed into the pub. She knew she’d seen the guy before, but couldn’t exactly place where. “Oy.” she nodded in his direction. “Where do I know ya from.”
I was waiting for the waiter until I heard someone’s voice. I looked around to see if she was talking to someone else, but it was just me. “I ask the same question” I said in my usual neutral tone. I didn’t remember her completely, but I was sure she was from the community center, no other place that someone would know me since I haven’t been in this place for too long.
